What is a forum?

If you have used a forum before you can pretty much ignore all that follows and just head straight to the Forum Entrance over on the right.

How do I enter the forum?

Just click on the link to the right and you will be able to read anything that is in the Public Area of the forum. If you want to contribute in any way you will need to register with the Forum and then log in. For simplicity we would suggest using the same User Name and password as you use to access the Members Area of this site but this is not absolutely necessary.

How do I get involved in the discussions?

You can either start what is known as a 'thread' i.e. a new topic of discussion or you can add to an existing thread, answering questions already posed, making comments or just engaging in conversation.

Where do I start my new 'thread'?

To keep things tidy the forum is divided up into sections. Please make sure that you post your threads into the right section or confusion will reign! To start a thread simply press the button marked 'NEW TOPIC' in the section that you want to contribute to. Press the button marked 'POST REPLY' if you want to respond to an existing thread.
